This week we are joined by physiotherapist, ultra-runner, IronMan and extremely fast runner, Robert Woolley. Rob signed Tim up for his first ever triathlon and stayed by his side for the entire race to make sure he finished and in a lot of ways is responsible for Tim's weight loss and love of triathlon.
We discuss helping your friends start to lose weight and then we get into ultra-running, a sport that is getting more and more popular. We discuss whether it is training or mental strength that can make a person run that far. We also answer a number of questions including trends in running that are good and bad, stride length vs cadence and speed work vs endurance and what will make you run faster.
Then both Rob & Robo give Tim a hard time about not doing an IronMan.
