I’m sure you’ve given a lot of thought to the text on your website - spending time selecting the perfect words for your headline or product description. As website creators, we put a lot of thought and effort into the words we will use to get our message across clearly.

But have you spent much time thinking about the typography itself? The font families that you chose for your website design have just as much impact on the vibe of oyur content as the words themselves, and I think that’s worth talking about.

Good website typography is so much more than picking a font that you think looks pretty.

Well-chosen typography can enhance your brand, keep readers engaged, and improve the overall user experience of your site. On the other hand, using the wrong font styles can confuse your users and deter them from reading the words you’ve so carefully crafted for your site.

In this episode i’m going to be sharing my top typography design tips and I'll define some important typography terms that every Squarespacer should know.
