Did you know there's an app that helps family and friends stay connected while caring for a loved one? Yep, there sure is. And best of all, it's FREE!

During this episode, Mar and Jenn chat with Mike Eidsaune, Founder and CEO of Carely, Inc. The Carely brand includes a free app for caregivers and a platform tool for care providers as well as the vast library of resources found at Caregiving.com. Also joining us for the convo is Matt Perrin, a member of the Carely team, and a caregiver for his mother and father-in-law. Matt tells us how his experience with the app has helped simplify the sometimes daunting task of caregiving and has made it easier to ask for and accept help.

Communication is the lifeblood of caregivers. Sharing information with loved ones, care providers, and peers is essential to getting through this caregiver life. Once caregivers find communication channels that work for them, they can create a habit, and once that habit is established they'll find it relieves stress and is even comforting!

Thanks for joining us, and don't forget to give us a 5-star rating so we can reach even more listeners. We appreciate your support!
