Matt tells us how his experience with the app has helped simplify the sometimes daunting task of caregiving and has made it easier to ask for and accept help.
Communication is the lifeblood of caregivers. Sharing information with loved ones, care providers, and peers is essential to getting through this caregiver life. Once caregivers find communication channels that work for them, they can create a habit, and once that habit is established they'll find it relieves stress and is even comforting!
