Sean Conway is a Zimbabwean endurance athlete, adventurer, author and motivational speaker. He became the first person to cycle, swim, and run the length of Great Britain. In 2016 he completed the world’s longest triathlon, a 4,200 mile journey around the coast of Britain. Recently he broke a world record by completing 102 ultra endurance triathlons in 102 days. That's 2.4 miles swimming, 112 miles cycling, 26.2 miles running. Every day. For 102 days. A total of 14763 Miles.
