DuBose and Dr. Ravi Rajani, Chief of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Atlanta's Grady Memorial Hospital and Associate Professor at Emory University, discuss the approach to the patient with extremity injury and how to pick up on indications of vascular injury. Talking points include why there is no such thing as a Doppler pulse, and how we tend to ignore the first word in the name "pulse oximeter."
