Did you know that perfectionism can cause stress, anxiety and frustration?

As moms, it's important to give ourselves permission to flow in grace, prioritize urgent tasks, stop and enjoy the present moment, and have some "Me-time."

Truth is, we all want things to be perfect. We want things to be organized and in order all the time! But there comes a point in time in our lives where it's just nearly impossible for things to be perfect.

In this episode of Time Matters Method, I share with you five hacks to banishing perfectionism as busy moms and I show you how this can help you to save and have more time to do more of what matters most to you.
