HVIS man spørger en 9. klasse, om de keder sig, så svarer 31% af pigerne og 37% af drengene ja. Det slog den nationale trivselsmåling fast i 2016.

Det synes jeg er foruroligende mange. Jeg mener, at vi som lærere har en opgave i at sikre, at eleverne ikke keder sig. Ofte giver kedsomhed grobund for dårlige beslutninger – eller ballade om du vil. Her har vi som undervisere et ansvar for at skabe nogle gode og trygge rammer for, at det ikke opstår. Det gøres blandt andet igennem kommunikation, anerkendelse og inddragende aktiviteter. Med andre ord så skal vi som undervisere skabe rammerne og mulighederne for, at eleverne kan trykke på en ”positiv knap”.
