We travel into your inner world in this episode because everything that you think is going on in the so-called real world is created within.

It means that all you have to do is deliberately decide to experience flow in the moment. Even the ordinary-minded individual will experience the odd natural high in their lives. But it won't have been done deliberately, their thinking mind will almost have been caught off guard! They'll have experience flow by accident!

So, what are the steps involved and how long does it take?

The steps are simple. You already have all that it takes to take those steps, regardless of what misgivings that you might think that you have about yourself!

These steps, deliberately taken as often as the choice presents itself - which, by the way, is each now - provide you with a roadmap to happiness, success, peace of mind and all good things.

And that roadmap presents itself one step at a time. All you have to do is take this step now...
