Nine things worth spending more money onI’m sure this list could go on and on, but these are our top nine things worth spending more money on. Depending on how you camp, not all will apply to you, but you’ll get the concept.

We made one of these mistakes years ago, when we traded up to our first hard-walled trailer. I found a deal on a used load leveling trailer hitch. It turned out to be a 10,000 pound rated hitch and we had a 3500 pound trailer.

Not only did it ride and perform poorly, we were lucky we didn’t damage the trailer frame. Lesson learned.

Nine Things Worth Spending More Money On

  1. Bike Rack
  2. Kayak or Boat Rack
  3. Mirrors
  4. RV Cover
  5. Jack and Spare Tire
  6. Trailer Hitch
  7. Water Pressure Regulator
  8. Surge Suppressor
  9. Fire Extinguisher and Triangles

VW with gear rackYou don’t need the top-end version of all these. The big box store version may do the trick, but make sure you’ve got the bases covered and the product you buy will hold up

Other Show Topics

How about a nice bicycle? We mean REALLY NICE. $35,000 nice. You can get this Wheelman bike in chrome or copper. Luxuries include a python skin seat and cross bar/down bar wrap.Order today. Supplies are limited.

The Best RV Size For Full Timers. This is one of the more common questions in many RV forums, but there’s no right answer. It’s truly a lifestyle choice.
