Our special guest Frankie Tankie is back for part 2 of his incredible life story. We discuss his path of his alcoholism and addiction since starting to drink at age 15. Part of his behavior came from him growing up in a very conservative family and trying to learn to accept himself being gay. He tells us that he came out at age 21 and how free he felt after he told his family. But after coming out as gay he now had to learn how to fit in the gay world as a former ugly duckling.

He shares that his life was getting out of control so much that he wanted to die. He went to rehab and mourned his former life for 2 weeks and then everything changed and he became a sober person. He teaches us the difference from being a person that doesn’t drink to truly being a sober person. We once again learn that you are only as sick as your secrets. We talk about Frankie’s friendship with Alyssa Edwards. Then we discuss his newly founded The Lonely Hearts Foundation which is dedicated to getting people into recovery. It is specifically geared towards victims of domestic abuse, people with addictions in need of in patient treatment and the homeless.

He tells us that it is so lonely to be invisible, and and evil manifests itself in lonely hearts and his mission is to have no more lonely hearts. Gabrielle is rarely speechless but Frankie managed to make all the Too Posh Girls speechless with his powerful testimony and his purpose and mission. He wants us to spread the word that addicts are not bad people, but they suffer from physical traits of substance abuse disorders. He tells us that it helps his own sobriety to help others.
