We spoke with Andrew Kirsch (@AS_Kirsch), a former CSIS Intelligence Officer.. Now a Consultant on issues of physical, national and cyber security.. Author of, “I Was Never Here’, about some of the answers we’re still missing – like – how long were these two on the RCMP’s radar?
