In this episode we share about our night out in St. Augustine with friends and how we are trying to navigate our new thoughts and feelings with alcohol. We've always been FUN "party" people but more and more alcohol has been less fun and more distructive in our lives. This is all new to us and we are having an honest and candid conversation about this journey that we're on as we try to figure it out one day at a time!!
