Keeping the promises you make to yourself is a vital way to ensure a healthy lifestyle. Think about it! When we make promises to ourselves its usually something that is in support of emotional, mental or physically health. For example, choosing to eat a balanced diet, spending quality time with family or focusing more on self care are promises that that should definitely be kept.
