Diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease and given only two years to live, Professor Stephen Hawking defied the odds and became one of the most accomplished minds of the twentieth century. His work revoluntionised our understanding of the cosmos and inspired generations of scientists to continue to ask the important questions - How? Why? Today, I'm joined by Astrophysicist Professor Tamara Davis who was inspired by Hawking to pursue research into dark matter and black holes.
