I rarely if ever depend on the data or direction from real estate industry sources. I find they are normally all based on empirical observations and whims of emotions rather any data or factual basis.

This podcast subject is an illustration of that very premise. It is amazing to me that few if any industry pundits have picked up the ball detailing some of the drastic changes that will be taking place in our real estate marketing efforts. But changes will occur with or without Inman, NRA, etc., and others jumping on the bandwagon. This podcast is truly a breakthrough product and for those agents embracing what is being presented here, their future success is assured.

The coming changes are not the result of or by anything in the real estate landscape per se, but reflections of what is happening in our society as a whole. So if I need to base projections on tomorrows trends I certainly do not look to our industry media but instead depend on the information provided from other academic sources.

The changes that are occurring with all buyer seller relationships are manifesting across the spectrum of society, and real estate is no less in the mix. Buyers and sellers engaged in a real estate transaction are not anomalies of that paradigm. Hence my emphasis on the two major programs featured in this podcast, namely Personal Branding and Emotional Intelligence.
