Have you ever felt unqualified? Maybe you are struggling as a parent trying to connect to your children. Maybe you feel overwhelmed at your job, like you can't quite get it right and gain the approval of your boss. How about spiritually in your faith walk with God? Do you feel like God is just tolerating you as you bumble through your day? Here is the brutal truth: in our fallen human condition, we ARE unqualified! But, here is the good news- because of the life, death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, you have been made "qualified." Only through the blood of Jesus are we qualified. The next question is, for what are we qualified? The Apostle Paul writes in Romans 15:20- "and thus, I make it my ambition to preach the Gospel, not where Christ as already been named, lest I build on somebody else's foundation." As we continue studying the life of the Apostle Paul in Acts 14:1-28, let's focus on making a difference in our world "on purpose" through Jesus Christ!
