This episode Trooth is joined by the lovely Cece- a 17-year-old girl. Here at Trooth Be Told we believe Everybody has a voice and deserves to be heard so we wanted to do something a bit different in giving a 17-year-old an opportunity to tell adults what teenagers wish they could tell us. Cece brings up how she Wishes adults could understand how teenagers look at sex. Her parents talked about sex but did not Bring up the necessities of when she does have sex. She feels that knowing so would have protected her From a lot of things. They then discuss teen pregnancies and the popular show 16 & pregnant. Cece states as a teen she liked How the show deterred her from becoming pregnant at a young age because it shows the struggles and Hardships of having kids so young. Trooth talks about his struggles of becoming a young father and how The outcome would have been different, if he had waited. Cece tells Trooth about her first real heartbreak and gives advice to the parents on how to help their Teenage heal. She states supporting and giving their teenage comfort can mean so much to them during This difficult time. They then give a little bit more advice to parents so they can better understand their Teens.
