In today's episode, I have a great conversation with Angela Thomson, MELT Driver Trainer with Cariboo Driver Training, and a recent graduate of the MELT program Monica Byrd!
During our conversation, we discuss some of the key components Monica learned that she believes other students need to be aware of, the overall experience of MELT, and what Angela is most proud of as she reflected on her time training Monica.
A huge takeaway for me is the importance of the relationship between the trainer and trainee, and the communication style utilized during training to help ensure who you are training is comfortable with not only the material being taught but able to ask questions along the way!
