We’ve been away for a few weeks and the shift in workflow has required more integration than we anticipated and some judgements came up around our productivity and what we “should” be doing.

Observing the mind and stepping away from the cycle of judgment can be harder than it seems, but we discuss how to do it and share stories of what we’ve overcome.

I also tell a story about a woman who takes off her underwear and makes love to the Eifel Tower! (Did a judgment come up for you when you read that? If yes, you’re in the perfect place to listen to this episode!)

The documentary mentioned in the episode about the excess of wealth is called "Generation Wealth" on Prime by Lauren Greenfield
