We continue with Episode 3 as Defendants ( DA and Prosecutors ) appeal the decision by the jury for the plaintiff who sued them for his wrongful conviction. Pay close attention to what is said in the legal ruling, because understanding how the Courts in various jurisdictions see things, is key. Black men are quite frequently wrongfully convicted of felony crimes that they were wrongfully convicted of. Some of them are later exonerated.
