Ever been to the doctors for a minor health issue and been prescribed medicine that never really fixed what was wrong, perhaps it had side effects that were just as bad or perhaps it did nothing but stop things getting worse... Well; I'd been doing a bit of reading and listening on some alternative approaches to treating health issues and the naturopathy approach to things really had me, I wanted to know more...So this week we speak to Jemaine Finlay; a final year student of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy and Holistic Health at Endeavor College. A personal trainer, health advocate and weight loss consultant from Western Australia. We speak a lot about the holistic approach in a broader sense, as well as specifics on how it is applicable to living a healthier and happier every day life. Jemaine is super passionate in helping people with their weight loss journey and has just recently launched a new program that is NOT a quick fix diet, instead it is designed to help you find your weight through a balanced health program.
