In this episode I take you through a quick vision and goals exercise to help you write down and get clarity on what it is you want your life to look like.

Having done other exercises like vivid visions, 3miQ, lifebook, and creating vision boards, I wanted something that was quick and easy to create, had a written element but also a visual element.

The TALE of your life is about each of the letters of the word TALE - Time, Activities, Location, Experiences.

These are split into 4 quadrants on a page, like a grid, and then we write down in each quadrant what we want our life to look like in those dimensions.

Once you have your TALE grid it gives you something to look at and refer back to, but also to help you see which chains are holding you back from achieving the things you've written on your TALE grid.

That clarity will enable you to start making changes in areas of your life so you can break the chains that are holding you back and move more purposefully to everything you've written in your TALE grid.
