In this episode I walk through 3 exercises you can do to start breaking the chains at level 1 - the chains related to self-directed actions.

We begin to break the knowledge chain by identifying where you have knowledge gaps for the things you want to achieve and the goals you've set.

There's an exercise for tracking your 7-day activity to help identify when you fall into the convenience trap so you can start to make changes.

And we look at identifying the relationships that fuel you, and those that drain your energy or put you in a negative mindset, so that you can start to make decisions about who you spend time with.

Breaking through these chains are the first steps towards achieving the freedom you want in your life.
