For this month's Sci Flicks Marissa is joined by Dr. Christopher Goatley, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow here at UNE, to talk about his research in marine biology and how it relates to the marine ecosystems featured in Finding Nemo. Coining himself Australia's most inland marine biologist, Dr. Goatley's research interests centre around marine ecology, reef fishes, and the effect of sediment on reef function.
