In today's episode, I'm talking about the ways we make our lives harder than it needs to be and how to start going with the current instead of against it.
Last summer, I was hit with a big life metaphor that came out of a kayaking trip that left me caught on a tree branch and dramatically thinking I was going to drown, and annoyed with my husband. Such is life sometimes while living the adventures of being Contagiously Positive. These moments offer me so many of my greatest metaphors on life and I'm sharing one of them with you today.
