Why Emotional Healing Creates a Happy Life?

When we are not emotionally it, we are emotionally in pain. Emotional pain stems from not getting accepted or being loved. Emotional pain takes much more time to heal than mental or physical pain. In fact most of the time emotional pain causes physical pain in the body as well as our mental pain which leads to depression, feeling anxiety and not being happy with ourselves.

Emotional pain is like cancer - we never know the existence of it in our body until it spreads throughout our whole body and it can’t hide itself anymore showing up everywhere damaging our life, our relationships and our happiness.
