Starting traditions within her own immediate family have helped Davison navigate grief during the holidays, whether that means making cookies and gingerbread houses every year, or playing holiday music 24/7.
She emphasizes that finding ways to cope with your own grief takes time, and that’s okay. So this holiday season, if you or a loved one is processing grief,know you are not alone.
