In today’s episode, Nicole Davison is joined by Jessa Hillman, a mom of two, author of the Lifestyle of an Anxious Mom Blog, and is currently in graduate school pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Nicole and Jessa unpack her career path and how she sought to connect with other moms who struggle with anxiety.

Her Blog “Lifestyle of an Anxious Mom” launched in 2018 and what started as a way to share her own experience with anxiety ultimately grew to a platform of hope and inspiration helping others cope with similar issues. Jessa hopes to continue to use her platform to provide a message of encouragement to her community and to offer reassurance to other moms that they are not alone in their struggles.
