Caleb and Riley discuss emergency funds and how to be ready for unexpected expenses. Perhaps you’ve always heard that you need an emergency fund, but have never actually taken the time to build one or even be intentional about how much to have in one. Given the stats you are about to hear, I would bet there is a high chance the size of your emergency fund (if you have one at all) has had little thought put into it. Emergency funds make us more resilient and independent. How much do you need to have to feel resilient? It's not one-size-fits-all. Your emergency fund needs to be tailored to your circumstances. Learn more about:

  • How your emergency fund preparedness compares to others based on most recent Canadian Statistics
