I last spoke to Ariane Lüthi on the 23rd of September 2021 after her then-recent victory in the Swiss Epic.
Since then a lot has happened. In her true courageous style Ariane has been public this year about her battles with Long Covid and chronic fatigue.
BUT not one to just lie around and let life take over, she used the break in training to create Pump for Peace
On this show, I love the stories of victory but the truth is victory is always fleeting. What is lasting is the Victorians themselves because they are shown not by their trophies but by the way in which they face up to life’s tests. \
Ariane for me is one of those.
