Faruk Šehić | The War, the Soldier, and the Writer.
Faruk Šehić join the army of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992, at 22 years old. He led an unit of 130 men. During the war he was heavy wounded.
After the war he studied literature and has gone on to create his own literary works. Literary critics have hailed Šehić as the voice of the ”mangled generation” of writers born in 1970`s Yugoslavia.
