After years of using Hemlane for property management, I decided to test Facebook Marketplace for filling a vacant unit. The results were surprising, to say the least. From 81 inquiries on Facebook, only one applicant was approved, compared to Hemlane's six inquiries and three approved applications. But the real kicker?
