Greetings Liners! Well, we’re to our final episode from our live event back on August 12 where we discuss the notion of your right personal fit in whatever you’re doing. To borrow the notion from Jim Collins’ book “Good To Great” – where he discusses getting the right people on “the bus” and then figuring out the correct seat for them once they’re onboard.

Sometimes it’s not about trying to get the right seat, but just ensuring you’re able to enable your work ethic or values to be recognized by the right person or people just to get onto a team or company (the bus) that could allow your real strengths to land you the right seat later on!

Enjoy the discussions and watch for the video to be posted later on this weekend!
