There's always a reason behind our overeating.
And it's not that we're flawed. Or weak. Or that we don't have enough willpower to reach our goals.
When we find ourselves overeating or eating our emotions, it's because we just don't know a better way.
Yet.
My goal with this podcast is to help you expand your repertoire of tools so that you're not constantly turning to wine and ice cream when you have a bad day. Because, as amazing as wine and ice cream are, they're TERRIBLE at solving our problems.
Today I'm helping you add another tool to your toolbelt - understanding your nervous system and the role it plays in your physical and emotional states AND your weight loss (or lack thereof.)
We're talking about what's going on in your body when you feel "off" and how to regulate your nervous system in healthy and constructive ways to make weight loss so much easier.
What I'm eating/cooking this week: Baked Goat Cheese Dip with Marinated Tomatoes
