Just because you have powerful urges to overeat doesn't mean that you're doomed to always feel this way - in fact, it's normal to have strong urges and cravings. And, it's 100% possible to lessen those urges over time or eliminate them entirely.
On this week's episode, we're diving deep into how habits (like feeling stuck in the cycle of overeating) form, and how you can break them for good.
If you've ever asked yourself questions like...
"WHY am I overeating even though I know better?"
"I know what to do - why can't I make myself do it?"
"What's wrong with me?"
...you're going to want to tune in to this week's episode.
Because the truth is, there's always a reason behind our overeating. It never happens randomly, or by accident, or because we just don't have enough willpower.
There's always an underlying cause.
And when you discover what that underlying cause actually is, unlearning the habit of overeating becomes so much easier.
