In this episode of Weight Loss Doesn't Have to Suck, I sit down with one of my successful clients to dive deep into her incredible transformation. We talk about her relationship with food before we started working together—a cycle of resisting "bad" foods, giving in to overeating, and then drowning in guilt and shame. Fast forward to today, and she has a peaceful, balanced relationship with formerly forbidden foods like pizza and ice cream. Now, she can enjoy them without losing control or sabotaging her weight loss journey.
We also explore the powerful impact mindset work had on her success. She reveals how understanding the "why" behind her actions was the missing piece that no diet ever provided. This mindset shift not only changed her approach to food but also helped her finally achieve the lasting weight loss she had been striving for her entire life. Tune in to hear her inspiring story and learn how you, too, can change your relationship with food and achieve your goals.
