Talking today ALL things about my journey with breastfeeding.
A disclaimer to start, I do talk heavily about how my drastic over supply was my challenge. While I think my story is important to tell, I want you to protect your heart first. Many women I have spoken too struggle with the opposite, and if this is something you are not in a place to listen to, SKIP!
I talk about the initial days in the hospital and trying to get Ronan to latch. Switching to exclusively pumping early on. I chat about how challenging a severe oversupply was to manage logistically, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I also share how I view feeling my son today and the why's behind I stopped BF all together.
This is a deeply personal one, but a truth to my experience as a mother.
