We go deep into a solo episode today in how I have been told my entire life I am "too much" and how that has shown up. I am too sensitive. I am too emotional. I am too dramatic. Guess what? That is me.
I talk about how I have put in a lot of work to be who I am today, even if that is scary. I dive into unpacking parts of myself that I am not proud of, but have pushed me to where I am right now. I talk about how I view things that have been looked at negatively and turned them on it's head. I embrace me for me.
I also cry in this episode, which is pretty on par for my "too much"-ness.
