Clint Callahan is a therapist who has been working since 2000 (23 years!). He is a business and life coach who created the Small Changes, Big Impact: 1% Per Day Transformational System. He is also an author who has published “Beat Burnout in 15 Minuets A Day: How to Prioritize Yourself Without Losing What Matters Most”.

He shares his personal story of being born premature, being bullied as a kid, his struggle with burnout, depression, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, the suicide of his mother, the failure of his real estate business in 2008 and how he ultimate found himself in his most authentic self.
