Today’s guest is Shaleen Jones, the founder of Eating Disorders Nova Scotia and Executive Director of Peer Support Canada. Shaleen is a wealth of knowledge and in this week’s episode she helps us navigate through various perspectives of eating disorder recovery, provides some insight about peer support in Canada, and shares a little of both her experience as someone who has overcome an eating disorder and as an advocate for mental health. *Trigger warning: general ED discussion, cursing, etc.
