Welcome to the Wellbeing and Career World Podcast.
I am delighted to be chatting with the girl to say 'yes to everything and everyone, a typical Virgo perfectionist trying to spin way too many plates for most of her life, until one day it was too much and she cracked, she cracked so hard that she had suffered severe burnout leading to a psychotic episode.
Even on her darkest days, she wanted to help people never get to where she got to. Now a qualified NLP Master Practitioner , she helps people feel how she feels now without going through what she had to go through! Today we will be chatting about Psychosis awareness – it can happen to anyone and Mental Health Awareness.
