At the time of interview Caitlyn was working in a large multinational, building innovation culture.


Caitlyn grew up in South Africa. She studied social sciences at university before beginning work in sales for an international company, while in Cape Town. and moved to a start up, creating the sales department. Now working on an MBA, Caitlyn has always loved learning about business as is clear in her interview with Dean for this episode.


Caitlyn decided to take an opportunity to move to the UK. After moving to London she has worked in recruitment, digital marketing, sales and startups across a few different industries and sectors.
