In 2022 the four words Rachael heard the most in her business were “I feel so seen”.

In this episode she shares one of her LinkedIn posts went viral after sharing what an average hour looks like for an Executive Assistant, and why burnout is rampant in the EA community worldwide.

She shares why she believes the profession isn’t set up to thrive, the unique challenges assistants have to overcome and why finding balance is something many assistants aren’t equipped to achieve.

It’s a deeply personal episode where Rachael shares her own experiences with all of the above, the impact of it and why advocating for the wellbeing of assistants is something she’s passionate about.
