Peachy's wrinkle prevention studios provide custom botox treatments at a flat fee, setting them apart from their competitors. Their target demographic is 25-35 year old millennials, a group referred to as "botox naive." Zach Paul, the head of real estate for Peachy, says that the company will have eight locations in New York by the end of the year, with plans for expansion in Washington DC and Chicago. Looking ahead, their goal is to establish 10 to 14 new locations in 2024.

James Cook is the director of retail research in the Americas for JLL.
