I had the pleasure of interviewing Christina LaMay, the mama bear for the cattle rancher team at LaMay Family Farms. They are a Louisiana company that ship GRASS FED and GRASS FINISHED beef to anywhere in the US. If you don't know the difference between the two then you need to tune into this episode and hear more about the major difference. After our interview, we enjoyed burgers that did not need any seasoning! We don't eat a ton of meat, but when we do we expect good quality.
