We’re back with more thoughts on the Game of Thrones series finale and the series as a whole. We delve deep into character arcs and writing to explain why the finale ultimately remains disappointing. We’re also still grappling with many questions like: How much of Bran is Bran? Did the Three-Eyed Raven orchestrate everything from the beginning? Is this a good thing or a bad thing? What is the show saying about power? We continue to explore our feelings about Jon and Dany, while wondering about the morality of sieges and whether or not Jon turned himself in.

This episode is only the first half of our conversation. Check out part two for more questions, fawning over costumes, and a defense of Edmure.
