The restaurant replacing Dick’s Last Resort in Chicago’s Marina City towers finally has an opening set for July. According to Crain’s, Legal Sea Foods has two floors in the space at 315 N. Dearborn with private event spaces and outdoor terraces overlooking the Chicago Riverwalk. The restaurant had planned to open over the winter but there were issues that caused delays. PPX Hospitality Brands is the parent company, based in Massachusetts. It has 26 restaurants, most of them on the east coast. It also owns Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group.

Also, Chicago’s Federal Reserve president says the Fed should be able to cut interest rates inflation keeps cooling. Listen for more below:
