Get grounded, make yourself a cup of tea... This one goes into emotional territory.
In this week's episode, Yvette shares on the anniversary of her brother's death the impacts his untimely death had on her, other family members and loved ones close to him.
Both Jess and Yvette then talk about the desire to lighten the intensity and enormity of another's pain of losing a loved one, how to be in relationship with someone when they die, what universal laws death breaks for us, and the process of emotion.
Among that, what seems most important are the conversations of how you want your funeral (celebration of life) after death to look like when you pass - and how this makes it easier on your loved ones.
