Today we speak with Stephanie Heath, a career coach and trained psychologist who will walk us through tips for dealing with burnout in our current work life. She was an HR coach for several years on the floors of agencies, Amazon, and Sony. She’ll also cover identifying your burnout behaviors and the unique attributes associated with women of color.

Now, she's a solopreneur and caters to careerists who are ambitious, yet soft-spoken in their careers. Her work has been featured in countless platforms like Yahoo Finance, Hellogiggles, and Themuse, LinkedIn as an Expert Voice, SheNegotiates, SoSheSlays, and the Mogul Millennial online magazine. She’s hosted 100 + attendee in person and online workshops and turned awkward interviewees into confident, multiple offer go-getters around the world.
