What starts out as a trip to the tenth anniversary of the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival turns into the dinner of a lifetime; a multi-course celebratory meal cooked by the team, coaches and mentors who won the gold medal for the first time ever at this year’s Bocuse D’Or, long considered the culinary Olympics.

From Tyler’s vantage point at a table in the kitchen, he talks to mentors including Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud, and the young chefs who competed, to hear about the journey, the win, and Ment’Or BKB, the organization that makes it all possible.
